  Meet Rohit, a 24-year-old young man who has been struggling with a lot of issues in his life lately. It all started with his job loss due to the pandemic. As he was coping with financial problems, his girlfriend broke up with him, leaving him heartbroken and lonely. This is not enough; now, Rohit has been feeling overwhelmed and anxious about almost everything in his life.

  Rohit had been trying to deal with the problems on his own, but he’s finding it difficult. His family and friends suggested he go to therapy, but he was reluctant to do so.

  “Why do I need therapy? I am not mad or have gone crazy.” These are the words shared by Rohit.
