   Whether it is frostbites, avalanches or crevasses in high altitude terrains at minus 50 degrees at Siachin glacier or the blistering heat of 50 degrees in Rajasthan, Indian soldiers have to battle all this while fighting the enemies. To keep them going, nothing matters more than the food they get.

   To ensure that the Indian combatants get nutritious food that retains its freshness in all weather conditions, one Gujarat University food tech startup is doing its bit. Rivera Namkins, oneyear-old incubatee of the Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC) will soon supply veggies with shelflife of at least six months to the Indian army.GUSEC supports innovative tech and non-tech startups and plays significant role in shaping the startup ecosystem in Gujarat.

   It has supported 155 startups and funded 47 startups. Surat based Rivera Namkins, year-old fledgling incubatee was floated by the young and ambitious....
