The Leader

   In every organization, political, industrial or commercial, secular or sacred, in every institution the real fire in them is supplied and maintained by its leader. He is the Captain and is the one in the top cabin steering the ship and has, due to his position a better vision ahead than those who sweat and labour in the belly of the ship, in its machine room.

  The leader must have vision, and yet a visionary can never be a leader. The leader must see ahead and in safe speed steer clear of all obstacles and put the sails up at the most advantageous winds and reach the ship under his command to the required harbor. A true leader should give his serious attention continuously to foster a spirit of teamwork. When we observe around, with scientific detachment, we can clearly see the following three main types of organisations:
