Where there is a will there’s a way

      Any competitive examination is a tough affair, so is the examination conducted to recruit police officers in India. No need to mention that finally such exams prove to be the survival of the fittest. The recent examination conducted by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) for recruitment of the Police Sub Inspectors revealed many examples of dedication and how the candidates hit the bull’s eye with determination. A candidate who had failed twice in HSC exam earlier emerged topper, a daughter of an Anganwadi worker touched the “finish-line” and a housewife, handling domestic chores too emerged successful.

Vaibhav Navale (Open category)

   In an example of extreme dedication and resilience, Vaibhav Navale, who had failed twice in HSC and had also faced failure in police recruitment examination earlier, has topped the examination for recruitment of police sub-inspectors in Maharashtra.
