The Second Innings A path from unhappy perplexity to happy simplicity

     As we age, we begin looking back on earlier decades of our life – perhaps fondly, perhaps with relief but at times it may be with some wistfullness or regret. Eventually many times many of us start feeling our rest of years are over leaving with us, as nothing to look but for an uneventful days and purposeless existence.

     Adding to it we start experiencing slow decline of mind and body, making us vulnerable to envelope ourselves to accept the trauma that affects the way we treat ourselves. slowly and systematically gets habituated to look upon ourselves very inferior on our personal front beginning to wonder if we are on the brink of dreaded social myth "Mid-life crisis".

    Make sure to treat this as a phenomenal cultural change and considering all various changes that come with complex emotions, which necessarily doesn't spark crisis always are absolutely worth experiencing ,that makes us....
