Not trained, lacks preparedness ; Prepared, you’re able to deliver

   Emphasis on training has intensified since realisation that performance is heavily dependent on it. Education, of course, is the basic platform but that knowledge, unless complemented by skill oriented to workplace, remains an attribute partly exploited thus not evolving into full potential. Obviously such handicap will hinder progress – a circumstance no individual would reconcile with. So the remedial step – training (that equips one adequately in relevant activity sphere) – is to be taken and its application to three most common scenario is touched below:
