It’s Time to Quit Smoking

Would you like to go on a vacation every year? Would you like to buy a saree every month? Or, would you like to buy a suit every year? Your family is unable to enjoy these because you smoke. You not only burn your money and damage your health but you endanger the health of your family members also because they are compelled to passively inhale the smoke you generate!

Estimates claim that smokers cost the U.S. economy $97.6 billion a year in lost productivity and that an additional $96.7 billion is spent on public and private health care combined. This is over one per cent of GDP. A smoker in the United States who smokes more than one pack of cigarettes a day can expect an average increase of more than $20,000 just in medical expenses over the course of his / her lifetime. So, you can well appreciate that smoking is a costly habit.
