We all have our role models in life who inspire and drive us forward. I think everyone has desires and aims in life and to fulfill our objectives we need somebody who can motivate and charge us up. There are people who just think big but never try to chase their passion.

   It is very important for these people to look up to someone who can give direction to their lives and motivate them fulfill their passions. One such great personality who can really inspire us by his charismatic character is S. D. Shibulal (Shibu), the Co-founder, Member of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Infosys. Shibu also serves as the Chairman of the Board of five of its subsidiaries, including Infosys Consulting and Infosys China. Shibu started his Infosys journey in 1981 by leading its project management, followed by client relationships in North America for a decade.
