A little perspective

    Mankind has always been a nomadic species. In the earliest years, we roamed freely from one region to another; sometime with the help of stars, and on other times by merely following the changing weather, in the process constantly looking out for the opportunity to hunt, gather whatever we felt was important and to protect ourselves and our tribes from the never ending fear of predators. We remained a nomadic race till the agriculture revolution happened, which taught us to stay in a fixed place and live our lives. It is a far cry from our true self, i.e., of a wanderer. The present digital age once again gives us the opportunity to reawaken the traveller and explore nature that lie static within each one of us, and bask in the glory of being on a life of non-stop exploration.
