y Low cost carrier Spice Jet is to launch direct flights connecting Chennai with the pilgrimage centres of Varanasi and Shirdi, apart from Bagdogra. The flights to Varanasi and Shirdi will come into effect from January 10, 2019. The airline will deploy its Boeing 737- 800 aircraft on all these roots.
