Born in the U.S. and raised in Israel, the ebullient Naomi Ackerman is the founder and director of ‘The Advot Project’ that uses theatre for transformation.

    She travels all over the world working as facilitator using drama techniques to deal with gender and educational issues besides promoting tolerance and dialogue between people. Naomi is well known the world over for her acclaimed monologue called Flowers Are Not Enough that focuses on the menace of domestic violence. She has presented the show about 2000 times in various countries including Serbia, Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A., England and India.
