The scorching sunrays and heat make the life miserable in summer taking a toll on our lives. Dehydration, skin rashes, sweating, sunstrokes and fatigue are some of the most common problems for most people during this season. Some simple lifestyle changes can be helpful to stay healthy, fit and active in summers too.

1. Stay clean and hygienic

   Sweating and oily skin can be quite problematic for people going outdoors in the afternoon. If possible take a shower before stepping outside in the morning to keep the body cool. Use anti-bacterial soap to prevent skin infections and body odour. The skin is highly exposed to dirt and germs in summers. Consider an exfoliation regime at least once a week. You can use any exfoliating soap, body wash or even prepare one at home. To prepare an exfoliation scrub for the body, you can make your own homemade scrub with coffee powder and coconut oil.
