Well, to be honest, I’m not a healthy food enthusiast. I do have some junk food off and on, some chocolates and sweets, when I feel like . I don’t relish the thought of having boiled veggies or other such frugal diets that have become a fad now a days. But after attending the Inner Engineering programme with Isha Yoga, there were some changes in my outlook towards eating right. Most of the times, we eat what appeals to our taste buds,not bothering much about the bad effects various items have on our metabolism.

    Secondly everyone is so busy that many don’t have the time or inclination to think about healthy eating . Our diet has a long lasting effect on our health. Cheating, once in a while with some junk food is fine, but its imperative to make sure, that it doesn’t become an integral part of our daily routine. Its definitely difficult for youngsters to avoid the unhealthy eating habits, as they are fond of such food....
