By perceiving health in its social context we look beyond the limits of medicine as we know it, to a much wider set of questions that engage social, cultural and moral aspects of the human experience.

   With these crucial societal parametres in mind, the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) recently launched an exclusive matrimonial web portal at its campus for people living with HIV (PLHIV), seeking matrimonial alliance. The portal was launched jointly with Surat-based NGO, Gujarat State Network of Positive people (GSNP+) to facilitate marriages among persons living with HIV. (Human Immuno-deficiency Virus).
