y Amid the debate on the notification banning the sale of cattle for slaughter, a Judge at the Rajasthan High Court asks the state to get the cow declared a national animal and wanted the penalty for cow slaughter raised from the ten year prison term to life term.
y Scotland Yard is opening its door to those interested in becoming detectives directly without having to serve in the ranks of Metropolitan Police.
