Until pretty much the turn of the century, the word Entrepreneurship remained in the dictionary and as a whisper on the lips of people from non-business families who wanted to venture into it.

     Leaving a plush job after slogging it out in premier institutions, and scouting for venture capitalists to fund ideas was a hush-hush thing that was often hushed-up right in the drawing rooms of ideaters. But the economic bubble burst in 2001 pretty much set the stage for people to forego their dependency as an employee and turn employer instead. Ideas started pouring out into the open, venture capitalists started opening up their coffers more benevolently and India started growing into a perfect house for budding entrepreneurs.

   In the last decade and more I have met several people who work as an employee with a regular job during the day and run their businesses on the sidelines. I have also met people past the middle age....
