More than 100 undergraduate engineering students from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Australia has formed a solar car racing team named sun swift. They have built a solar powered car over the past two years. The car named Eve, has set a new world record for the fastest electric vehicle over a distance of 500 kilometers with a speed of 106.966 kilometers an hour.
