There has been longstanding controversy about the equality of two genders and demands from both sides for equality parameters. But what many people forget is that owing to the inherent differences between the two genders, equality can’t be comparative.
Here, being equal doesn’t mean being like them! Being equal means, being treated like equals while still respecting the inherent differences each one has. So when a man gets up to give his seat to a woman in a crowded bus or a woman spends extra time for household inventory listing; these small tasks don’t create a divide between the two genders.
In fact, they are simple acts which tap into the strengths of each gender.
