According to a study, only about 20 per cent of people are able to achieve in life what they wanted and realise their dreams. They dominate any field they enter. They prove their mettle again and again. Their failures act as fuel for greater efforts.
They aim high, toil hard and put in sustained efforts. The bruises and scars are not seen by others. We see the outward successes but not the dedication, passion, hard work and sustained efforts behind the success of these people. Another 10 per cent start with great enthusiasm and determination but leave the pursuit after a few failures. They long for a better life; they know what is required to do, but lack the passion, efforts, the drive and conviction. These people require support and guidance and a mentor who can encourage and enthuse.
