Dr. P.G. Tulpule Scholarship is a full/ part scholarship fund that is available to students enrolling for Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management (PGDPHM) courses at Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI). The PHFI is a public private enterprise that has collaboratively advanced through consultations with multiple constituencies including Indian and international academia, state and central governments, multi and bilateral agencies and civil society groups. Training in Public Health Nutrition is a priority area for India.
