The University Grants Commission is offering Postgraduate Merit Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to first and second rank holders at undergraduate level and admitted in any Postgraduate Course. The tenure of award is for two/ three years depending upon tenure of the postgraduate course. The total number of scholarships in the first academic year would be 3000. The financial assistance available under the scheme is Rs.3100/-per month. The application deadline is 31 July, 2015.
