Memory is a skill that anyone can improve and benefit from. Memory is defined as the ability to retain and recall information, experiences and procedures such as skills and habits. Memory comprises of short term and long term slots. An example of short memory is a number or price of vegetables in two shops. Long term memory is where you wish to retain for a long time, like details of your friends and materials for your job or examination. The good news is that everyone can take steps to improve memory and with time and practice, most people can gain the ability to memorize seemingly impossible quantum of information.
GENERAL TIPS
Be positive: Convince yourself that you do have a good memory that will improve. Too many people get stuck here and convince themselves that their memory is bad, that they are just not good with names and that numbers just slip out of their minds for some reason. Erase those thoughts.
