1.Cheese Toast

Ingredients

Corn flour - 8 table spoons

Cooking Cheese grated - 4 table spoons

Mustard Powder - 1 tea spoon

Chilli Powder - ½ tea spoon

Soda bi carbonate - 3 pinches

Milk - ¾ cup Bread - a few slices

Oil - enough for deep frying

Salt - to taste

Tomato Sauce - for serving

 

Method of Preparation

1. Mix the corn flour, cheese, Mustard powder, Chilli powder, Soda bi- Carbonate and Milk. Blend well and add salt.

2. Keep the Mixture for about 30 minutes. It should be like a thick paste.

3. Apply this paste over bread slice.

4. Deep fry in oil. The roast should puff up very well. Cut into four pieces.

Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
