Simply put, mindfulness is ‘the art and practice of focusing on the present’, without any concern for the future or regrets for the past. Slowly its scope is widening. ‘Now’ is all we have.
‘Now’ is the virgin moment, unsullied and untampered with. But, before we pronounce the word ‘now’, it has already become past. Then where is the present? A difficult question to answer.
