1. Chilli and garlic soya meatballs
Oil 300 ml, for deep frying +2 tbsp extra
Ingredients
Soya mince ½ cup
Water 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilli 1, chopped
Garam masala 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper a pinch
Spring onion bulbs 2 nos. sliced
Red pepper ½, sliced
Garlic cloves 1 tbsp, chopped
Green chillies 2 nos. slit lengthwise
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Black pepper a pinch Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Boil the soya mince and water together for five minutes. Drain the mince and refresh with cool water. Squeeze out any excess water and keep aside. Mix the meatball’s ingredients together and form a firm dough. Divide the dough into....
