Jadavpur University, Kolkata announces admission to one year full-time B.Ed (Special Education) for 2014 intake, recognized byRehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and approved by School Service Commission (SSC) offered by Department of Adult, Continuing Education and Extension (DACEE) in the following specialization:
a) Loco Motor Impairment and Neuromuscular Disorder in Collaboration with Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy (IICP), Kolkata.
b) Mental Retardation in Collaboration with Monovikas Kendra, Kolkata (Extension of RCI approval awaited).
Eligibility:
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto. Reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of the reserved categories shall be as per the rules of the Government concerned (40% for SC/ ST and 45% for OBC and PD)
