1. Curry crusted fish

Ingredients

Bread 3 slices

Curry paste 1 tbsp

White fish fillets 4

Salt & pepper for seasoning

Lime ½

 

Method of Preparation

   Heat the oven to 200 degree Celcius. Whizz the 3 slices of bread in a food processor until you have rough crumbs. Add 1 tbsp curry paste .put the 4 white fish fillets onto a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, then grate the half of lime on top. Gently press the curry paste crumbs on the top of the fish, then bake until the fish is cooked through and topping is golden, about 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
