Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, invites applications for admissions to Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) courses, commencing in 2014.
Eligibility: Candidates must have a M.E / M.Tech., / M.Sc., degree in engineering with 65% of marks from any of the recognised universities. However, candidates having a Bachelors’ degree in the related discipline with 75% from 22 non-CFTIs and are in possession of a valid GATE score, shall be considered eligible for admission to the Ph.D. programme.
Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected based on marks obtained in GATE/UGCNET/CSIR-NET or equivalent.
