There is a peculiar perception in our society: If you are wearing a pair of spectacles, nobody seems to be bothered or rather they would suggest a better frame for the glasses; whereas, if you use a hearing aid, people giggle and point out towards you.
This is beyond comprehension: both the eyes and ears are our special senses that are now unable to function normally either due to disease or old age and hence a device has been used to restore them to their optimal function. It is as simple as that, but some people think otherwise!
