Being blinded by the powerful headlights of an oncoming vehicle is a common fear among motorists. Make night driving safe and enjoyable with this innovative automatic dipper. M K Narang from Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh has developed a mechanism that automatically adjusts the headlights to avoid being blinded by the bright lights.
Narang, 41, who runs an electronics shop, was spurred into the innovation out of disgust over the bitter experience he faced from fellow drivers, who seldom use the dipper. It was his passion to experiment with electronic gadgets ever since his childhood that helped him to arrive at this novel solution. His innovative gadget can be installed in two and four wheelers. Once the device is fitted, the vehicles’ lights automatically go from high to low beam when it crosses another vehicle.
