Wageningen University and Research (WUR) is pleased to announce two fully funded Ph.D. positions as part of the NanoNU-Marker project: Nano-Chemical Biomarkers for Ageing and Neurodegeneration. This groundbreaking project aims to develop innovative nano-chemical biomarkers to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and nutritional factors associated with cognitive aging and neurodegenerative diseases.
Eligibility for these positions requires applicants to hold an M.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in Physics, Chemistry, or Molecular Life Sciences with a focus on Biosciences. Candidates must have a strong background in experimental analytical methods, data processing and statistical analysis, along with a keen interest or experience in spectroscopy, microscopy and scanning probe technologies.
