There is a constant nagging, gnawing, a vague feeling in many of us, that something is missing in our lives. That 'X' factor diminishes and robs the satisfaction we expect to derive from our possessions, including good health and wealth. There is some vacuum, a hollow space, an emptiness, a yawning gap, a void. We are not able to name it. But it troubles us.

      To understand this phenomenon, we have to ask ourselves: "What do I want?" Then we will see we have conflicting demands on our lives. We want everything; all at once. Now. We want permanent happiness and eternal peace of mind. We want a working wife but unwilling to share the responsibilities. Without any sacrifice, without paying a price, with our big ego intact, we expect others to serve us. We ask for the moon. We want the cake and eat it too. Our life is full of contradictions.

    We want a good job with very high salary and perks.....
