Busy lives, work from home schedules, constant stress currently leads one to getting less sleep, over eating junk food, not exercising and the list becomes endless.

   Over 40 per cent of the actions we perform are actually habits. These habits help us to unlock our true potential. You must consciously build up those habits that will help you develop.

   Start small and develop a little more each day and as Aristotle said, “Excellence, is not an act, but a habit”. You need to keep a few things in mind to start a new healthy habit that will improve your life.

   Having a routine may sound boring but it is one thing that will help you and keep you healthy.
