As the COVID-19 Vaccine rollout has begun in countries like the UK and the U.S.A., rays of hope cast upon not only the global health care sector but also for Indian students who dream to study abroad. Their overseas study plans had been fading when most of the countries decided to close their borders due to the COVID-19 outbreak at the beginning of this year. Now, several reports point out that there is a rise in the number of students who have applied to study abroad in the coming year, thanks to the ongoing vaccination.

   India has more than 1.3 billion people and approximately 25 per cent of this population is youth. A study released in 2019 by the Indian Ministry of External affairs asserted that around 7,53,000 students were studying in universities abroad. Overseas education is a life-changing experience. Top destinations for Indian students who plan to study abroad are Canada, Germany, U.S.A., Australia, UK and New Zealand.
