    A skilled graphic designer and one of the leading art collectors of India, Mr. Anil Relia, 62, is especially known in India and abroad for his collection of about 4000 portraits of royals and other notable personalities dating back to 16th century to contemporary works.

   Gracious and affable, Relia graduated from the prestigious M.S. University of Baroda in applied arts, serigraphy and photography in 1978.
