What comes to your mind, when you hear the word: Communication? I’m sure a lot of people, when asked about communication, think of one thing, and that is, ability to talk. But is communication, only about talking? The answer is No. Communication is an amalgamation of vocal (verbal exchange of words), written (books, magazines, etc.), Visuals (charts, graphs, maps, etc.) and Non-verbal (gestures, body language, eye movements, pitch and tone of voice, etc.) skills.
All these make the fundamental and important aspects of communication. Working well on these skills is vital for a promising and successful career as well as on personal front.
