1. What are some of the main reasons of anxiety in children?

Ans: A few of the most common reasons for anxiety are;

1. Fear of separation from either their caregivers or parents. This often happens when the parents scream and shout at each other threatening their partners to leave them or when they have witnessed their parents go through a divorce or loss and death of a loved one.

2. When the children have seen one of the parents or a loved one being physically and verbally abused.

3. When the parents force their expectations on their child to be competitive and excel in everything they do. This creates a pressure on children and makes them conscious and mature in their choices at a very young age.

4. A trauma that was developed at a very vulnerable moment, for example, something like thundering during a storm or rains or a clown.
