The Goa University invites online application for admission to various Postgraduate and B.Ed., Programmes offered at the University and affiliated colleges, for the academic year 2021-22. Admission to the Programmes will be based on Goa University Admissions Ranking Test (GUART).

   Established under the Goa University Act of 1984 and providing higher education in the Indian state of Goa, the University commenced its operations on 1 June 1985. It offers education in various streams like engineering, commerce, management, science and arts. It has a total of 56 affiliated colleges providing both professional and general education.The University on its campus has one Centre, 20 Departments, and three Schools.

   The traditions of Goa University date back to the 17th century, with the creation of the first university courses by the Portuguese Empire.
