   Ever since human civilization began, man has struggled to make his life more and more comfortable. During the initial stages, his discoveries were guided by his necessities. For example, the accidental discovery of fire, discovery of clothes to cover him/her from unfriendly whether conditions, discovery of wheel, etc., were all guided by his necessity. However, as time rolled by, the feeble line between the necessity and luxury got wiped off.

   Currently, the index of development in a country is measured by the per capita income of the individuals and the nature of luxurious life they lead. Man struggles hard to earn money so that his life can become more comfortable. The fear of future makes him more insecure. He increases his earning target periodically so that he can put aside a huge amount of money for his old age or for his / her children. In this vicious cycle, the happiness is lost, leading to stress.

   We all are well....
