A Lesson in Leadership

        After nearly a glorious decade of drama, violence and intrigue, The Game of Thrones came to an end in May this year. While the last season is much criticized and hailed as undramatic (and that’s a discussion for another time), the series as a whole is a fantastic book of leadership and survival skills.

     Let’s travel back and forth through the series to understand some of the time-tested leadership skills that one can hone to stay ahead in the game. The entire story of the Game of Thrones begins with the political drama happening within the family of the Lannisters. While past incidents leading to the beginning of this saga come to the fore as the story unfolds, the story still revolves around the Lannister clan.
