Does evolution kick-start into rapid mode to save species?

     We are living in an era of pollution. The recent surge in use of science and technology towards rapid industrialization and mass manufacturing is adding several toxic and unwanted pollutants into the environment. Ever since industrial revolution took place, man has become more and more dependent on m a c h i n e s that make work easier and faster.

   Machines consume fuels and release pollutants. We have already entered into a vicious circle of different kinds of machines making work easier for us and have become completely dependent on them. Plastics, radioactive waste and several types of toxic poisonous gases released into the environment are making earth a less livable place. Scientists suspect that with such a rise in pollution levels, there may be a day that might bring an end to the life on earth completely.

Evolution comes to rescue the life on earth.
