   We are experiencing a pressure and we are on the cusp of disruptive change. Even before we could look back and voice, ‘It was quite a transformation’ we have another line up challenging us. Leaving the existing model obsolete from time and again, we are obliged to build a new one.

    Behind the closed doors of retail stores, are sales persons who are sweating as they pedal their way to keep pace with the consumers, and we know it takes more than pedaling ,or should I say ‘peddling’ in the era of Retail 3.0. Small move, smartly made is old and dead theory in retail. With the rise of better-informed consumers, along with product and niche proliferation, the traditional retail roles are put under stress.

   Earlier technology in the retail market meant ‘point-of-sale’ system and bar code scanner, today the advancement has reached the skies and beyond. Every one of you would have heard and perhaps....
