Inside a Mnemonist’s Mind

  Over the years psychologists have been interested and studied people with exceptional gift for memory. Writers and authors have tried, and are still trying, their level best in comings forward with books, novels, articles and blog posts in unraveling the fascinating subject of mnemonist.

   The title mnemonist refers to an individual with the ability to remember and recall unusually long lists of data, such as unfamiliar names, lists of numbers, entries in books, etc. Some mnemonists also memorize texts such as long poems, speeches, or even entire books, of fiction or non-fiction. In short ‘mnemonist’ means ‘a person who is skilled in or who instructs in the art of mnemonics’ or ‘a person who has exceptional memory’.
