We are the Choices We Make

    It is very easy to blame others for all the ills in our life. Maybe, they had been instrumental in shaping us into who we are today. Mulling over the past and scratching around the wound feels comfortable, does it not?

    However, this attitude does not make things easier for us. For, we would just be where we started from. If we want to go further, the first thing to do is to take responsibility for all our actions. This will help in problem-solving and productivity with lesser or no regrets.

   That does not mean that we do not lend an ear to any sound advice that is being given to us. As social animals, coexistence, caring and sharing are a part of our lives. An idea or word of caution can be heard and discretion lies upon the individual to act upon or dismiss it.

   If we listen to the advice only to realise that it has boomeranged, there is still a message or two to learn. One, that it did not suit us.....
