How to cope with work stress

    A study from the American Institute of Stress suggested that more than 80 per cent of workers feel stress on the job. A clinical study also found that work stress is associated with an increased risk of cardio-metabolic diseases and death.

  In all, you can’t ignore work stress. Luckily, managing work stress isn’t that difficult.

   Here are some easy ways to reduce stress at work.

Start your day right

  You may not believe it, but many people arrive to work already stressed. Getting up early, dropping the kids off to school, and an hour of traffic and road rage – showing up at work in itself is a hurdle. The first step, therefore, to reduce work stress, is to start your day right. Eat healthy, nutritious breakfast, do some exercise, and have a positive attitude.
