Cinema which can also be called movies, motion pictures or moving pictures is the most popular form of visual art that communicates stories, ideas, dreams, music and whatnot. Long ago a movie was just a shot that showed an event. It was not edited or didn't use any cinematic techniques.

    It was around the turn of the twentieth century that movies became this long with a string of scenes and a significant storyline. Movie making has changed a lot and is still changing from day one of its inventions. There was no color for movies, then colors came, the recording came, and many other techniques were discovered. Not just technically but movies have undergone social, political, and economic changes as well. At first, movies were made without expecting income but today there are one crore and 2 crore clubs and the film industry has become the richest around the world.
