For a while ‘calm your mind and smell the roses’

    Among past decades, the year 2020, yes this very year, is by all accounts the longest one. It is almost one fourth of the year that has gone in lockdown inferable from the worldwide pandemic-Covid-19. No one at any point knew before what a life in quarantine would be.

    No one at any point proposed any precautions which may have spared a large number of lives that got influenced by coronavirus. In such a situation, where the future is capricious, many people have become a survivor of stress, tension and depression because of dread of losing their positions, friends and family and their own life.

   A feeling of helplessness and a consistent condition of ‘what’s next?’ has overwhelmed the brain making people lose rest. Where families are enormous, things have been survivable however where families are atomic, things are clashing. “There is something good in all things.” The platitude implies that....
