Equity isn’t just nice to have, but a must to have. Opportunities are no longer enough, they need to be inclusive. When we embrace equity, we automatically embrace diversity and inclusion. Through the process of equity, we can reach equality and it is the solution to some of our greatest challenges.

My young friends, don’t dwell on what you could’ve done or should’ve done.... utilize your today and tomorrow to shape an equitable world. It just demands to cultivate the mindsets to build an ecosystem where differences are valued and celebrated.

You, the young, have the knowledge, the skill, the deserved resources and a healthy environment to create a sustainable, equitable and successful society, but the sad truth is all these are traded with the people in power who prefer to use them to destroy their competitors, safeguarding their own profits.
